On January 22, 2018, the Work Shop under Japan-India Energy Dialogue was held in New Delhi, India and Mr. Shinkawa, Director of Policy Planning and Coordination Division, attended the Work Shop. Mr. Shinkawa, delegates of CERC(Central Electricity Regulatory Commission of India) and other attendees had discussions about various issues including energy policy and electricity system.
